Returns and Exchange Policy

We have a 14 days, no questions asked, money back return and free exchange policy.  For any further questions or queries, shoot us an email on support@bodyandgears.com and we’ll take care of the rest.

What if the items are damaged or incorrect?

Quality products are our foundation. If for any reason, you feel the product is not up to the mark, we’ll give you a full refund on your product and even pay or arrange for the return shipping ourselves. Alternatively you have the option to have your items exchanged and that too is on us. 

How return payment is received by me?

In case of any reason, you feel the product is not up to the mark, we’ll give you a full refund your payments through Bank Transfer and Jazz Cash. 

Can I buy Body & Gears product somewhere other than the Website?

No, Body & Gears is an exclusively online brand. This way we can ensure that you get the best product at a reasonable price, as we skip all the unnecessary expenses that come along with traditional retail.

How payments are made?

Currently we only have Cash On Delivery (COD) services. We are in the process of introducing online payments into our system. Those services will be available very soon.
